The following resolution has been accepted by the Board of Directors
of Software in the Public Interest:

Appointment of Ean Schuessler as Vice President

The resignation of Martin 'Joey' Schulze as Vice President to the
Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest has left
the board without a Vice President.

In accordance with article seven of the by-laws the Board of Directors
appoints Ean Schuessler as the new Vice President.

Furthermore, the board would like to thank Joey for his work as
Vice President in the past four years.
