Resignation of Nils Lohner

[Wichert Akkerman]

Effective December 31, 2002 Nils Lohner resigned as president and member
of the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest. Nils
was happy to serve in his function for the past few years and wishes
SPI all possibly success in its future endeavors.
