Please vote on by-laws changes

The recommendations for changes to the SPI by-laws as made by the
by-laws committee need to be voted upon by the contributing members
in order to be accepted.

This can be done from March 1 to (end of) March 14 through the web
interface at https://members.spi-inc.org/vote/ .

I would like to urge all contributing members to vote; without enough
votes quorum will not be met and the changes can not be accepted.
