MEETING NOTICE

The Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc., will
hold a public board of directors meeting on Wednesday, 10th August 2011
at 20:30 UTC.

SPI meetings are held on irc.spi-inc.org (the OFTC network), in #spi.
The agenda for the meeting is open for additions and is available at

There are 2 resolutions currently on the agenda:

 2011-08-10.bg.1: Drizzle as associated project
 2011-08-10.bg.2: Arch Linux as associated project

We will also be selecting the board officers for the forthcoming year
from the new board.
