At the end of January a new version of the SPI members website,

https://members.spi-inc.org/

was rolled out. There is still more work to be completed, but it is
hoped this is already a better experience than the previous version of
the site.

Yesterday, taking advantage of some of the new functionality of the
site, a first pass at cleaning up inactive contributing members[0] was
initiated. Those members deemed potentially inactive have been emailed
with details of how to confirm they still wish to remain a contributing
member.

If you are in any doubt as to whether this affects you you can check by
logging into the members website and checking the "Last active" date
displayed on the main page; at present only those who we do not have any
record of activity for have been contacted. Future cleanups will involve
contacting those who have not voted at the most recent SPI election. It
is additionally possible to indicate you are still active, without the
need to vote, by clicking the "Update" link beside the Last Active date.
