SPI Meeting Notice - no March 2019 IRC meeting

Apologies to everyone for not sending out an explicit
notification earlier. Due to the face-to-face meeting of the SPI
board held recently, there will not be the usual IRC meeting in
March.

The next IRC meeting will be held on the 8th of April, 2019
in the #spi channel on irc.spi-inc.org <http://irc.spi-inc.org/> (the OFTC network) at
20:00 UTC as per usual.
