Upcoming SPI board elections for 2021-2024 term

Dear SPI members, I have only received two nominations for open positions
so no election will be held. 

Apologies for the accidental inclusion of Andrew Tridgell in the list of names
above. Andrew’s term expired in the previous year not the current year
and should not have appeared.
