Our timeline

Hi,

I'd like to encourage committee members to try to make an effort to
participate in the discussions going on here, and to make comments in a
timely fashion.  I'm finding it's difficult to maintain our timeline at
present.

Or, can I take recent silence to be agreement with the proposals here?

We really need to be moving forward.  Additionally, if you have suggestions
for things I should be doing to help the process, please let me know.
