Standing down from bylaws committee

I never did apparently get around to anything, and now that I've stood
down from the Debian Project, I don't feel it's appropriate for me to
continue to appear as chair of this committee. I'm very sorry to
everyone, seeing as how I was supposed to keep this going and did not. I
do hope whomever replaces me will do better than I have.
