Message-ID: Hi folks, As the last non-spam message to this list was on June 23rd, 2007, I'd like to know who is still on here and what the appetite is to take another crack at updating the by-laws, which have been out of date since before this committee was struck nearly 10 years ago in 2002? Building on my experience with SPI as a Member of both an associated project and the Board, I am working on a new draft of the By-Laws for discussion, amendment, and ultimately, with a little luck, a referendum and implementation. It is badly overdue. So, who's with me? David -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Any idea if we still have a valid charter for by-laws and who, officially, is a member? Might be worthwhile reformalising it at the Feb 9 board meeting. Or we can operate it informally (which I'd actually prefer) and see if we can reach a consensus to put to referendum in time for this year's AGM.
