The changes I made to each paragraph:

Add two board members able to call a meeting, not just able to direct the
president to call a meeting.. otherwise, SPI could still get hamstrung by a
resigned president or president that's caught up with real life.

> at least thirty (30) days before the requested scheduled date.  No other 
> business but that specified in the notice may be transacted at such special

The two board members were removed from this paragraph.
