berlin hosting .. ?

We've got a box that we can move you to as soon as we get it set up... I'm
working on it now.  We'll have to lay some proceedures and what not because
it'll have more than just Berlin on it... for one.. all the spi-inc stuff
will also go through it... so we'll have to joint admin it..
