meeting reminder

There will be a board meeting tomorrow (Tuesday, January 6) at the usual
time (19:00 UTC) and place (#spi on OFTC).

The agenda is currently empty. The suggested topic is the proposed
by-laws changes. I went over them today and they seem quite acceptable
to me and definitely an improvement. If others have read them as well
we can vote on them.
