The regrets I stated in my September 19th mail with Message-ID:
<20050919183612.GH1779 at mail.kaplowitz.org> still apply to this meeting
as well. I can't make 1900 UTC on any Tuesday in October due to a
university class. In November I will be able to make Tuesdays at 1900
UTC due to the end of Daylight Saving Time, but I will have to leave at
1920 UTC in order to make it to that class on time, so it'll only be a
brief presence. I'm not going to repeat everything I said in that mail,
since it was sent to both of the same lists as this mail; everything
therein still applies.

The August Treasurer's report remains ready for approval, as it was by
our original September meeting date. I am in a midterm exam crunch at
school now, and won't be able to get a report for September done between
now and Tuesday. I should, however, have the September report ready and
emailed out by our usual October meeting time of the October 18 at
19:00 UTC, even though I won't be able to attend that meeting time.
