I'm saying that we would need buy-in from PostgreSQL, OVF, OFTC, Drupal, 
gnuStep, etc. as member projects, *as well as* a majority of Debian 
members before proceeding.   On patents or any other issue which doesn't 
fall under "sustain & support".
