Second Call for nominations - 2007 SPI Board Election

As per our by-laws[0] and resolution 2004-08-10-dbg.2[1], six board
seats are up for election.

At time of writing, seven nominations have been received.

How to nominate:
----------------
Email secretary at spi-inc.org. Nominations can be from the candidates, or
a third party. If the nomination is not from the candidate, they will
need to confirm their intent to stand before the deadline.

After the election results are posted, the Board will select from among
its members the executive (president, vp, treasurer, secretary).
