The mail went through SPI machines about half an hour later (your MX has
long retry times):

Feb 20 09:43:37 chic postfix/smtpd[18505]: connect from smtp.ifl.telecomplete.net[213.160.116.24]
Feb 20 09:43:39 chic postfix/smtpd[18505]: 0AE8B8562F: client=smtp.ifl.telecomplete.net[213.160.116.24]
Feb 20 09:43:39 chic postfix/qmgr[2873]: 0AE8B8562F: from=<mjr at phonecoop.coop>, size=1626, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Feb 20 09:43:39 chic postfix/smtpd[18505]: disconnect from smtp.ifl.telecomplete.net[213.160.116.24]
[... spam filter and stuff ...]
Feb 20 09:43:48 chic postfix/smtp[25718]: C9C1885630: to=<maulkin at halon.org.uk>, relay=mx0.halon.org.uk[195.177.253.181]:25, delay=7.3, delays=0.08/0.13/0.43/6.7, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 OK id=1JRlUL-00049B-Nt)
Feb 20 09:43:48 chic postfix/qmgr[2873]: C9C1885630: removed

At this point its out of SPI machines, I don't know what happened then.
