Yes, this is the case.  A good portion of the funds received in December
2011 were grants from Google for participation in the Google Summer of
Code.

I typically exercise this discretion for conference sponsorships and
Google Summer of Code.  I agree that this information should be provided
more clearly.

Fluxbox's total income as of 2011-12-31 was entirely from a grant from
Google for participation in the Google Summer of Code as mentioned
above.
