New members website / inactive contributing member cleanup

I'd like to thank Jonathan for all his work on the new member site!
The old site was based on an incredibly old codebase and Jonathan
completely re-wrote it based on modern technologies.  In addition to
that, he's been managing the majority of the member management for
years.
