Debian trademark in Brazil - RFH

http://spi-inc.org/corporate/trademarks/ lists all trademarks held by
SPI, including the Debian trademark in Brazil.  It says:

"To perform an INPI search on this trademark please click here go
through the captcha and enter "827045310" as "Nº do processo" and
click "pesquisar" (no direct link available)."

and has a link.

Unfortunately that link stopped working a few months ago.  I tried to
find an alternative link but wasn't successful.

Can someone who speaks Portuguese see if they can find a link?
