I noticed one problem in the July report.  A donation of $5000 for
DebConf19 was allocated to "debian" instead of "debconf19".  (It
came in as a PayPal donation for Debian and needed a manual override,
which I knew about but forgot to make.)

I've fixed this and updated http://spi-inc.org/treasurer/reports/201907/
