SPI associated project request for Ganeti (accepting Resolution 2020-04-13.cl.0)

Dear Chris and SPI Board members,

thank you very much for your invitation[1] for Ganeti becoming an SPI
associated project.

On behalf of the Ganeti Community I'm happy to accept your invitation
(Resolution 2020-04-13.cl.0).

In the meantime we have also an official statement[2][3] from Google
releasing the project to the community "with the help of SPI".
