SPI member projects adopting a Code of Conduct

Hi Peter. OpenZFS adopted a CoC <https://openzfs.org/wiki/Code_of_Conduct>
a few years ago. I'm not sure I have any specific advice, but I'd be happy
to (privately) share our experience if you'd like.
