The header which appears on all pages of www.spi-inc.org contains
3 elements:

Green breadcrumbs starting with a link to the homepage
labelled "SPI"

The SPI logo

A link to the homepage labelled "Home" in the menu

An image of these elements is attached.

The purpose of the green "SPI" is unclear, particularly in
top-level pages. It is unclear that it is a link.

I suggest to:

Make the logo a link to the homepage

Relabel the first breadcrumb from "SPI" to "Homepage"

Remove the "Home" menu item
