* does the English version of http://www.spi-inc.org/corporate/minutes/
  only show meetings until July, whereas other versions list up to
  November?
* does the linked http://www.spi-inc.org/corporate/minutes/20021105 not
  exist?

and

* does the Japanese version of the index not list any minutes
  whatsoever?
