Minutes for these were never written but the meetings did take place. I'll
look into it and if I can dig up logs, write minutes based on them.

I looked into the history of minutes when I first took over the
secretary's portfolio and found no reference to these meetings ever
actually taking place. To the best of my knowledge, they didn't, and I
have to assume that they were unquorate or similar.

If they did take place and someone has logs of them, please do speak up.
