Board meeting deferred by 24 hours

Due to a non-quorate situation caused by 2 regrets and 2 no-shows, the
monthly board meeting for September has been deferred by 24 hours to
September 21st, 2005, at 19:00 UTC in #spi on irc.spi-inc.org.

Any board members unable to attend must send their regrets prior to that
time.
